Born and raised in Meadville, Pennsylvania, Paul Huber is a lifelong businessman and community leader who has experience creating jobs, meeting a budget, funding health and pension benefits, and serving his community.

Paul was the Owner, President and CEO of Seco/Warwick Corporation, a leading global manufacturing company based in Crawford County. As Chief Executive, Paul was responsible for leading a company of 110 employees and setting the strategic direction for all facets of the business.

During his time in business, Paul worked to make his community a better place to live, work and raise a family. He has served for nearly twenty years on the board of the Economic Progress Alliance, an economic development agency in Crawford County. Paul's work in economic development has focused on bringing companies to the region that create jobs.

As a business owner, Paul understood the impact that rising health care costs were having on his company and his employees, and he joined the board of the Meadville Medical Center, one of two hospitals in Crawford County. He served on the board for ten years, including two years as Chairman, and worked to improve access to quality, affordable health care for people in our region.

In recognition of his strong leadership and expertise in leading a manufacturing company, Paul was appointed to an industrial advisory committee for the United States Department of Commerce.

Paul also serves on the board of the Crawford Heritage Foundation, a community foundation he helped establish, and he is active with the Literary Union and in his church. His work on behalf of his community earned him the prestigious Raymond P. Shafer Award for Distinguished Community Service.

Paul's experience in business and in his community has convinced him that the policies Congress is enacting are taking our country in the wrong direction. He understands that out-of-control spending, massive deficits, higher taxes, and nationalized health care will not make our country more prosperous or better able to compete in the global economy.

He believes that with common-sense solutions, we can turn our country around.

Paul and his wife Francie live in the same house where he was raised. They have four grown children and several grandchildren.
